For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and third party financing through Care Credit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have insurance we will do our best to estimate your insurance coverage, however you are responsible for co-payments, deductibles, etc. In general if you have insurance we request a 25 percent deposit the day of your procedure. If you do not have insurance payment will be due in full the day of the procedure, unless prior arrangements have been made. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Many times we are required to send claims to your medical insurance. Often times your medical insurance will only send you the EOB (explanation of benefits). We cannot submit a claim to your dental insurance until we receive this EOB from you. We do our best to remind you to submit this information to our office, as a delay may result in the balance becoming the patient’s responsibility.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan, but that must be implemented prior to the actual procedure.
